Publisher The123d.com

Description
Ever seen a god with tatoos and a Biker outfit ? Fred Bastide tells all about the making of “My uncle cthulhu” - a personal project inspired by the writings of H.P.Lovecraft ...

... Uncle Cthulhu character was inspired by the creations of Howard Phillips Lovecraft (1890-1937) - probably best known as a writer of wierd fiction, or alternatively as the first horror writer of his time. Most of lovecraft’s work is unified by a common theme - the Cthulhu (kuh-tool-ew) Mythos - in which gods furtively control the fate of mortals ...
"My uncle Cthulhu" was a personal project, made with 3ds max, photoshop, and rendered with v-ray . The character was inspired by the Indian God of knowledge "Ganesh", and by Dr Zoïberg from the TV show Futurama. Of course, it was also a tribute to the universe of H.P. Lovecraft, which was a great source of inspiration for me.
