The theme was ’The myth of Icarus’. For those of you who need a quick reminder - Icarus in greek mythology was the son of Daedalus (an architect and inventor who built the labyrinth for Minos). Together father & son fled their imprisonment from the island of Crete, flying with wings made of wax and feathers. Heedless of his father’s warning Icarus flew too close to the sun, causing the wax to melt, and he fell into the Aegean Sea and drowned.
